怎么解决的Failed rack peer update: [Errno 111] Connection refused

检测ssh和防火墙，是否启用ip6.

第一：看下hostname是否有问题
第二：ntp是否安装，安装后，是否其作用。
可以执行下面操作
[mw_shl_code=bash,true]sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install ntp
sudo service ntp start[/mw_shl_code]
