1.nova-manage service list
其中进程失败
2.网络分配失败

在计算节点【ubuntu】,centos这个配置文件可能是nova.conf可以自动测试
/etc/nova/nova-compute.conf
增加如下内容：
vif_plugging_timeout = 10
vif_plugging_is_fatal = False
重启
service nova-compute restart
