openstack nova 安装问题

大侠们：
  最近在安装openstack，按照官方文档一步步的装下来，在安装nova里的导出项目管理凭证的时候出错了，nova-manage
project zipfile proj novaadmin /home/dingjun/creds/novacreds.zip,出错如下：

The above error may show that the certificate db has not been created.
Please create a database by running a nova-api server on this host.
但是我单独执行openssl ca -batch -out /tmp/tmp2ETHWE/outbound.csr -config ./
openssl.cnf -infiles /tmp/tmp2ETHWE/inbound.csr，不会出错，如下：
sudo openssl ca -batch -out /tmp/tmp2ETHWE/outbound.csr -config ./
openssl.cnf -infiles /tmp/tmp2ETHWE/inbound.csr
Using configuration from ./openssl.cnf
Check that the request matches the signature
Signature ok
