spark代码阅读，导入idea失败

从GitHub上clone了spark的工程到本地，想要导入idea读读源码，但是在导入工程的时候报错：

感觉是说需要0.12.4以上版本的SBT，但是我本机安装的是0.13.9已经是更高版本了啊？

另有方法说下载的spark要先用sbt/sbt gen-idea转为idea项目（也有说13以上的idea版本可以不用先转直接导入）
但是执行命令时也总是出错：
